Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using any transportation services provided by SAL Limo Service / World Cup Limo Miami. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of transportation services provided by SAL Limo Service LLC, operating the World Cup Limo Miami brand, located at 734 NE 90th St, Miami, FL 33138 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By submitting a reservation request, making payment, or boarding any Company vehicle, you (“Client,” “Passenger,” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you represent that you have authority to bind all passengers to these Terms.
Services
SAL Limo Service provides luxury ground transportation services in and around Miami, Florida, including but not limited to:
- Airport transfers to and from Miami International Airport (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL)
- Match-day transportation to and from Hard Rock Stadium for FIFA World Cup 2026 events
- Point-to-point transfers, hotel pickups, and drop-offs
- Hourly chauffeur service and multi-stop itineraries
- Group transportation via Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and other fleet vehicles
- Tournament packages covering multiple match days
All services are subject to vehicle availability and may be modified or limited during high-demand periods including FIFA World Cup 2026 match days.
Reservations & Booking
All reservations must be made in advance. We strongly recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for FIFA World Cup 2026 match dates, due to extremely high demand during the tournament period.
- Reservations can be made by phone, email, or through our online booking system.
- A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from SAL Limo Service.
- You are responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop-off locations, flight information, and passenger count at the time of booking.
- Changes to existing reservations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Changes requested for World Cup match-day bookings require a minimum of 72 hours notice.
- SAL Limo Service reserves the right to decline any reservation at our sole discretion.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD). Quoted rates include base transportation service. The following may be additional:
- Gratuity (typically 15–20%; suggested but not mandatory)
- Parking, tolls, and airport fees
- Additional wait time beyond the complimentary grace period
- Cleaning fees for vehicle damage or excessive mess
- Fuel surcharges during periods of significantly elevated fuel costs
Payment is accepted via major credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and other methods listed on our booking platform. Full or partial prepayment may be required at the time of booking, particularly for World Cup match-day reservations and tournament packages.
Prices are subject to change at any time. The rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honored for confirmed reservations unless the service details are subsequently modified by the Client.
Cancellations & Refunds
The following cancellation policy applies to all standard bookings. Special event bookings (including FIFA World Cup 2026 match-day services) may have modified terms communicated at the time of booking.
Packages
Non-Refundable Reservations All package reservations made with SAL Limo Service / World Cup Limo Miami are strictly non-refundable. Upon confirmation of your booking and receipt of your deposit or full payment, your reservation is considered final. The vehicle, chauffeur, and all associated logistics are secured and held exclusively for your booking and cannot be reassigned, resold, or reallocated once confirmed.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of travel plans, flight cancellations or delays, visa or entry issues, personal emergencies, changes in match schedules, or any other circumstance beyond or within the client’s control.
Deposit & Payment Terms A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of quote and deducted from the total package price. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your first scheduled service date. Failure to remit the remaining balance by the due date may result in forfeiture of your reservation without refund of the deposit.
Passenger Conduct
All passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward our chauffeurs and fellow passengers. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Smoking or vaping inside any Company vehicle
- Consumption of illegal substances
- Verbal or physical abuse of chauffeurs or other passengers
- Exceeding the maximum passenger capacity of any vehicle
- Transporting hazardous materials or illegal items
- Opening vehicle doors while the vehicle is in motion
- Requesting the chauffeur to violate traffic laws or exceed posted speed limits
Our chauffeur has the right to terminate any trip and require all passengers to exit the vehicle if conduct poses a safety risk or violates these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
The Client booking the reservation assumes responsibility for the conduct of all passengers in their party.
Liability
SAL Limo Service is licensed, insured, and operates in compliance with all applicable Florida and Miami-Dade County transportation regulations.
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, road closures, accidents, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Missed flights, connections, events, or appointments due to unforeseen delays
- Loss, damage, or theft of personal property left in Company vehicles
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a confirmed booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that booking.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all passengers wear seatbelts as required by Florida law. SAL Limo Service is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to use seatbelts.
Delays & Wait Times
Our chauffeurs monitor flight status for all airport pickups and will adjust arrival times accordingly for domestic and international arrivals. The following grace periods apply before additional wait-time charges are assessed:
- Airport arrivals: 60 minutes from the confirmed flight arrival time
- All other pickups: 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time
Wait time beyond the grace period is billed at the applicable hourly rate, prorated by the minute. In the event of a no-show after the grace period, the booking will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
During FIFA World Cup 2026 match days, departure times will account for post-match traffic. Clients should allow additional time and follow chauffeur instructions regarding departure timing.
Vehicles & Cleanliness
SAL Limo Service maintains its fleet to the highest standards. Clients are expected to return vehicles in the same condition in which they were received.
The following fees may be charged to the Client’s payment method on file:
- Excessive cleaning fee: $150–$350, depending on severity
- Vomiting/biohazard cleaning: Minimum $350
- Damage to vehicle interior or exterior: Assessed at actual repair cost
Food and non-alcoholic beverages may be permitted in vehicles at the chauffeur’s discretion. Alcoholic beverages are permitted only for passengers of legal drinking age (21+) in accordance with Florida law.
Privacy
SAL Limo Service collects personal information (including name, contact details, and payment information) solely for the purpose of fulfilling transportation reservations and providing customer service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments or comply with applicable law. All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available upon request.
By booking with us, you consent to receiving reservation confirmations, service updates, and relevant communications from SAL Limo Service. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Amendments
SAL Limo Service reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For bookings already confirmed prior to an amendment, the Terms in effect at the time of booking shall apply, unless the amendment is required by law or regulation.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of SAL Limo Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and agree that any claims shall be brought in an individual capacity, and not as a class action or representative proceeding.
