How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the type of service (hourly, point-to-point, airport transfer, or package), the vehicle selected, the distance, and the date of travel. Match days and peak-demand periods carry premium rates due to traffic complexity and high demand. All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and confirmed at the time of booking.

What is included in the quoted rate?

Your quoted rate covers the base transportation service for your vehicle and chauffeur. The following may be billed separately:
Gratuity (customary 15–20%; not mandatory but appreciated)
Airport fees, tolls, and parking charges
Wait time beyond the complimentary grace period
Fuel surcharges during periods of significantly elevated fuel costs
Cleaning fees in the event of vehicle damage or excessive mess.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Bank transfers and other payment arrangements are available for corporate or large group bookings. We do not accept cash as the sole form of payment for pre-booked services.

Is a deposit required to confirm my booking?

Yes. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. For standard bookings, a 50% deposit is typically required, with the balance due on the day of service. World Cup match-day and tournament package bookings require full prepayment at the time of confirmation. Specific deposit requirements will be communicated during the booking process.

Are tips included in the price?

Gratuity is not included in our base rates. Our chauffeurs provide professional, white-glove service and a tip is always appreciated. The customary range is 15–20% of the total fare. You are welcome to tip in cash directly or we can add it to your final invoice upon request.

Will the price change after I book?

No. The rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honored, provided that the service details remain unchanged. If you modify the trip (different vehicle, additional stops, extended hours), a revised rate will be quoted and must be agreed to before the change is applied.

Our vehicles are equipped and maintained to luxury standards. Standard amenities include climate control, premium sound systems, bottled water, and phone charging. Specific amenity requests (Wi-Fi, additional beverages, decoration for special occasions) can be arranged in advance — just let us know when booking.

How much luggage can the vehicles accommodate?

The Cadillac Escalade comfortably accommodates standard luggage for up to 6 passengers, including larger suitcases for international travelers. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter has generous cargo space for groups with multiple bags. If you have an unusually large amount of luggage — such as sporting equipment or multiple oversized bags — please advise us at the time of booking so we can ensure the right vehicle is assigned.

Are the vehicles accessible for passengers with mobility needs?

How often are vehicles cleaned and maintained?

Our vehicles are professionally cleaned and inspected before and after every trip. We maintain our fleet to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and mechanical reliability. All vehicles undergo regular servicing and are fully insured and licensed in compliance with Florida transportation regulations.

What happens if there is a mechanical issue with the vehicle on the day of my trip?

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?

Our World Cup 2026 cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 21+ days before service: Full refund, less any processing fees.
  • 7 days before service: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before service: No refund. The full booking amount is charged.
  • No-show: No refund. The full booking amount is charged.

How do I cancel a reservation?

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. You can email [email protected] or send a WhatsApp message to (786) 816-3259. Verbal cancellations made by phone are only accepted when followed up with written confirmation. The cancellation date is the date on which written notice is received.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your card provider or bank.

What if SAL Limo Service has to cancel my booking?

In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund and we will arrange a suitable alternative or refer you to a trusted partner. We will notify you as soon as possible and take full responsibility for resolving the situation.

Can I transfer my booking to another date or person?

Booking transfers are considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change. Transfers are not guaranteed and may not be possible for sold-out match-day dates.
