The Experience
Some World Cup groups don’t fit in an SUV. They don’t fit in a Sprinter either. They’re the supporter clubs, the travel parties, the extended families who flew in from three different countries and agreed on one thing — they’re doing this together.
The Fan Group World Cup Experience is built for groups of up to 23 passengers who want the energy of a large group and the standard of a luxury transfer. One premium Mini Coach, one professional chauffeur, and the whole crew moves as one — from your hotel to Hard Rock Stadium and back, with the kind of organization that makes a group this size feel effortless rather than chaotic.
What’s Included
Luxury Roundtrip Transfer Door-to-door service for your full group from your hotel, residence, or preferred Miami location to Hard Rock Stadium and back. Your chauffeur handles all match-day logistics so a group of 23 moves with the same precision as a group of three.
Premium Mini Coach 23 reclining seats, climate-controlled cabin, and generous overhead storage for flags, gear, and everything your group brings to match day. Presented immaculately, stocked with complimentary water and refreshments, and driven by a professional who has navigated Hard Rock Stadium on match night before.
Pre-Match Group Rally Stop The pre-match is where a group this size comes alive. Your chauffeur knows the right venue for a large group — a Brickell waterfront bar that can hold the crew, a Wynwood spot built for atmosphere, a bayside location where the energy matches the occasion — timed so everyone arrives at the stadium fired up and on schedule.
Real-Time Match Monitoring We track your match schedule, gate openings, and Hard Rock Stadium traffic patterns so your group’s timing is always right. A group of 23 needs more lead time than a group of three — we account for that in every match-day plan.
Post-Match Return — Every Seat Filled, Nobody Left Behind When the final whistle blows, your chauffeur is positioned and ready for all 23. No one scattered across different rideshare zones. No group chat descending into chaos trying to coordinate exits. Your Mini Coach is there, the door is open, and the whole group leaves together.
Complimentary Wait Time Up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time on both pickup and post-match return. Large groups move on their own timeline — and they should never have to rush.
The Vehicle
Mini Coach — Premium Group Transport – The Mini Coach seats up to 23 passengers in individual reclining seats with generous legroom, a fully climate-controlled cabin, and overhead storage throughout. This is not a charter bus — it’s a premium group vehicle designed to move a large crowd comfortably and arrive at a World Cup match looking the part. From $1,997

- At The Stadium – Full group drop-off at your preferred stadium entrance. Post-match pickup point and timing confirmed with your group leader before you head in.
- Post-Match – Your chauffeur is positioned and waiting. Every seat accounted for. Direct return to your hotel or onward to wherever 23 people decide the night goes next.
Perfect For
- Supporter clubs and fan groups traveling to Miami as a unit
- Travel groups organized around a specific national team
- Extended families making the World Cup a multi-generational event
- Tour operators running curated World Cup Miami experiences
- Corporate groups with a full department or client roster attending together
- Anyone organizing a group large enough that logistics could become the story — and refusing to let them
Why Not Coordinate Multiple Rideshares?
Twenty-three people. Six rideshares minimum. Six surge rates. Six ETAs that will not line up. A group WhatsApp that becomes unmanageable before anyone reaches the stadium. Half the group at the pre-match venue, the other half still waiting for a car. And after the match — 65,000 people and six apps all making the same calculation at the same moment. The Fan Group World Cup Experience exists because the only thing worse than missing a World Cup match is spending the whole evening managing the logistics of getting to one.

FAQ
Can we add multiple pickup locations for group members staying at different hotels?
Yes. Multiple pickup stops within Miami-Dade can be built into your routing at the time of booking. Share your group’s logistics and we’ll design the most efficient match-day sequence – including staggered pickup times if your group is spread across different parts of Miami.
We have 18 people – do we still book the Mini Coach?
Yes. The Fan Group World Cup Experience is priced for the vehicle, not per seat. 18 passengers in a 23-seat Mini Coach means more comfort and space for everyone. We recommend this package for any group over 14.
Can a group leader coordinate directly with the chauffeur throughout the day?
Yes. At the time of booking we’ll establish a direct WhatsApp contact between your group leader and your assigned chauffeur. All match-day logistics, timing adjustments, and post-match coordination run through that single line.
What’s the difference between the Fan Group Experience and the Sprinter Package?
The Sprinter Shuttle Package serves groups of 8–14 in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter executive van. The Fan Group World Cup Experience is designed for groups of 15–23 where only a Mini Coach provides enough space to keep everyone together comfortably. Same service standard — built for a significantly larger group.
How do I book?
Fill out the package request form or contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp at (786) 816-3259. We’ll confirm Mini Coach availability for your match date, send your package details, and secure your booking with a deposit.
